From the beginning women have gathered in circle to share, connect and learn from each other.
Even if you have never attended a women’s circle before, it is likely you have have experienced the fun of a girls night or the support of a mothers group. Often filled with laughter, tears, comfort, reassurance and shared experience of our lives, a women’s circle has all this and more!
Gathering intentionally in circle means no hierarchy, allowing each voice to be heard and all experience valued equally. We listen with compassion and without judgment, honouring each sharing of her-story. This “realness” to just be, to be seen and heard, authentically you, is not something present in our hectic everyday lives.
In contrast to the competitive wider culture, the sense of solidarity and encouragement that arises from the collaborative approach in women’s circle really is magic. Together we all rise.

The Women’s Sacred Story circle is a soulful book club. In 2021 we will explore “The Gifts of Imperfection” by Brene Brown
A collection of guideposts on the power of Wholehearted living.
Combining a book club experience with the format of a sacred women’s circle. This will be an opportunity to share our experiences, respond to the themes addressed in the writing and bear witness to each other’s journeys.

A soft place to land in the whirlwind of our busy lives. You need only come just as you are, be present to what is and open to the nourishment, comfort and sense of belonging that is found where there is complete acceptance for you and all others. A chance to reflect on what is arising for you and connect with your inner wisdom.

Women’s Wisdom
Women’s Wisdom is a workshop series that explores the cyclic nature of women.
Each session is an in depth discovery into the phases the menstrual cycle and the connection to the cycles of seasons, sun and moon.
Offering a new way to live, work and care for yourself, this is essential women’s knowledge.
